I wanted a place to share my thoughts about the things I have been fortunate enough to experience. This page will be a journey through my career and travels, one that I can’t wait to share with you. As you will come to see I spend most of my time cooking in restaurants, enjoying wine and seeking out new learning opportunities. It has been a wonderful journey so far and can’t wait for the next chapter.
